i was Almost ready to give this dump a good review, until i found a strong odor of smoke throughout the hotel. the lady at the front desk treated my dog like a criminal, EVEN AFTER i paid the pet fee. you’d think they woudl ve been on top of their game, but not so much here.

The staff were friendly.

Unfortunately, we faced several challenges during our stay. The check-in process was lengthy due to unnecessary questions about our service dog, despite prior arrangements being made. Additionally, there was no hot water at night, which added to our discomfort. The mattresses were overly squishy and hard to get in and out of, making it particularly difficult for disabled persons.

The cleanliness of the facilities impressed me, though there was an unpleasant odor in my room that made for a less than ideal stay. The breakfast options were quite decent, but I wished for a little more information during check-in. Thought I'd be staying at a better-rated hotel based on previous experiences.

the holiday inn express was fantastic! the room was impeccably clean and the bed felt like a cloud. the shower pressure was surprisingly great, which made for a refreshing experience. i felt safe with the well-lit parking lot and key card access. the staff truly stood out, especially the manager who made my check-in process seamless and friendly.

wifi was a little slow , but the breakfast choices were excellent and the staff was very friendly. the location is great, with lots of eateries nearby. we truly enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express! 😊

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a great breakfast that energized us for a day of exploration. the free wi-fi made it easy to plan our itinerary while the indoor swimming pool provided a refreshing escape after a long day.

The room was bright and inviting, with a lovely 40-inch flat panel TV that made watching my favorite shows a pleasure. It felt cozy, like being wrapped in a warm blanket at home.

More assistance with luggage handling would be helpful.

Amazing staff and comfy stay!

The staff made me feel totally welcome from the start—shoutout to the morning crew! My room was super clean and that bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Honestly, the shower pressure was next level too. The only thing was the breakfast could’ve had a few more options, but still good. Can't wait to return!
